These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of IBT Learning Solutions LLC’s Website, located at www.ibtlearning.co.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use IBT Learning if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Terms of Service:

You understand and acknowledge the following:

  • IBT LEARNING PROGRAMS ARE NOT ACCREDITED: IBT Learning does not confer formal degrees as we are not an accredited formal institution. Upon successful completion of a Program, you will receive a certificate of completion (a “Certificate”). A certificate is not a formal degree and will not count toward transferrable academic credit at any other institution of higher learning.
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE EMPLOYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF ONE OF OUR PROGRAMS: IBT Learning does not guarantee future employment upon completion of any of our programs. we do not use the phrase “Guaranteed job placement” in spite of our broad range job placement assistance. Our promise is to guide students in getting placed in roles but cannot guarantee this. We are confident that the completion of our programs will make students highly employable and competent for the tech market. 

Payments and Refunds

Payment:
You will be responsible for paying published fees for the program you chose.  All charges and payments shall be in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed by IBT Learning.

You may pay your tuition fee fully in advance and receive certain discounts or opt for recurring monthly payments. By selecting recurring monthly payments, you are authorizing IBT Learning to automatically charge the applicable recurring monthly fee to Your payment method. Your first monthly payment will be charged to your payment method upon your purchase date. Your second monthly payment will be charged to your payment method in 30 days from the first payment date. For each subsequent month, the monthly fee will automatically be charged in 30 calendar days following the date of your previous payment.

Cancellation and refund. 

You may cancel your participation in a Program at any time before you complete the Program by expressing your desire to be removed from the program in writing to start@ibtlearning.co

You may request a refund for the unused portion of the fees that you paid, this applies to tuition fees paid in advance or monthly recurring payments. Please keep in mind that this does not apply to payments made with Affirm or Climb Credit as these are third-party payment processing companies.

Unused portion:

If you paid for a course in full and ask for a refund, assuming you have studied with us for more than two weeks before you asked for a refund, we will refund your tuition minus the first month of training. For example, if you paid $2,500 in full for a 5-month program and you requested a refund after attending classes for three weeks, we would refund you $2,000. 

IBT Learning uses Stripe.com to process its payments. When a student requests a refund, it may take between 5-10 days to process. 

No refund will be available if you complete the Program and/or obtain a Certificate or if you request a refund more than one year after the date you first paid for the Program.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing IBT Learning , you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the IBT Learning Solutions LLC’s Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, IBT Learning Solutions LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on IBT Learning . All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from IBT Learning for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from IBT Learning
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from IBT Learning
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from IBT Learning
  • Redistribute content from IBT Learning

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. 

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. IBT Learning Solutions LLC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of IBT Learning Solutions LLC,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, IBT Learning Solutions LLC shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

IBT Learning Solutions LLC reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
  • The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
  • The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant IBT Learning Solutions LLC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
